  • PRE + POST NATAL FLOW

    A supportive, low-heated class designed to help you feel strong and confident through every stage of pregnancy and postpartum. While our infrared panels will remain off for this class, the room will still be gently warmed to create a comfortable, cozy environment that supports safe movement without overheating.

    We focus on pelvic floor connection, gentle core activation, and upper-body strength to prepare your body for welcoming baby, or to guide you safely back into movement after birth. Perfect for rebuilding stability, easing tension, and moving with intention.
