Start with Reformer Signature, Reformer Sculpt, or Hot Pilates Sculpt — all beginner-friendly and instructor-guided.
Step 2 — Book your intro offer
Purchase online and reserve your spot in just a few clicks.
Step 3 — Arrive + settle in
Come 10 minutes early. Wear activewear, bring water, and we’ll take care of the rest.
Step 4 — Stay a while
After class, grab a coffee or smoothie and ease into the Galeria rhythm.

Absolutely. Many of our clients start with little or no Pilates experience. Our beginner-friendly classes are instructor-guided, and we’ll help you feel confident on the equipment from the moment you arrive.

Hot Pilates is a mat-based Pilates class practiced in an infrared-heated room. The heat supports circulation, mobility, and muscle engagement while remaining breathable and comfortable.

Please arrive 10 minutes before your first class. This gives us time to welcome you, show you the space, and set you up comfortably.
